These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Reddy Anna website, mobile-enabled services, lawful online social games, skill-based content, e-sports information, account features, and support resources (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules shown before you join or play.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.

Important Legal Notice

The Service does not offer, promote, facilitate, or process online money games, betting, wagering, casino gambling, deposits made in expectation of monetary return, or any activity prohibited under applicable law.

Under the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025, an online money game includes a game in which a user pays money or another stake expecting monetary or other enrichment, whether the game is based on skill, chance, or both. The Act prohibits such services, their advertising, and facilitation of related financial transactions.

Nothing on this website should be understood as an invitation, offer, guarantee, or advice to participate in any unlawful activity. You are responsible for checking whether access to a particular service, game, or activity is permitted where you live.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • Account: A registered user profile used to access applicable service features.
  • Content: Text, graphics, software, game rules, images, audio, video, user submissions, and other material available through the Service.
  • E-sports: Organized competitive multiplayer games based solely on skill and subject to applicable recognition and registration requirements.
  • Online social game: A recreational, educational, social, or skill-development game that does not involve prohibited money stakes or monetary-return expectations.
  • Skill-based game: A game in which the outcome is determined by player knowledge, strategy, reaction, decision-making, physical dexterity, or other skill, subject to applicable law and the game’s published rules.
  • User: Any person who accesses or uses the Service.
  • User Content: Material uploaded, posted, submitted, or otherwise made available by a user.

Eligibility

You may use the service only if all of the following apply:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You can legally enter into a binding agreement.
  • You are permitted to use the Service under the laws that apply to you.
  • You provide accurate and current information when registering or contacting support.
  • You use the service only for lawful purposes.
  • You do not use the Service to access, arrange, promote, or facilitate prohibited online money gaming.

Users under 18 must not register, create an account, submit personal information, access restricted features, or participate in any game or competition. Age and identity verification are important player-protection safeguards, and minors must be prevented from accessing restricted online gaming services.

Skill-Based and Social Games

What the Service may provide

Where made available, the Service may provide or describe:

  • Educational and recreational social games.
  • Skill-development games.
  • Organized e-sports or competitive skill-based events.
  • Practice, demonstration, or non-monetary game modes.
  • Game rules, leaderboards, community features, and informational content.

Each game or competition may have separate published rules. Those rules form part of these terms.

No money-game activity

The service does not permit users to:

  • Stake, deposit, or risk money in expectation of a monetary return.
  • Use money-equivalent credits, coins, tokens, or assets as stakes for a monetary return.
  • Arrange side bets, private wagers, or payment transfers with other users.
  • Use the service to promote, link to, or facilitate betting, gambling, or wagering.
  • Use a game labelled “skill-based” as a reason to bypass applicable law.

The legal distinction that matters under the 2025 framework is not only whether a game uses skill. A game involving a monetary stake or expectation of monetary enrichment may fall within the prohibited online-money-game category even if skill is involved.

E-sports

If the service offers an e-sports event, the event may be subject to registration and other regulatory requirements. Current rules require registration for games intended to be offered as e-sports, while other categories may be registered when notified by the Central Government.

Where prize money is lawfully offered for a registered e-sports competition, it must be based on performance and administered only in accordance with applicable law, the event rules, and required registrations.

Account Registration and Security

You may need an account to access certain features. You agree to:

  • Provide correct, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
  • Keep your account credentials confidential.
  • Use a strong, unique password.
  • Never share passwords, OTPs, verification codes, or recovery links.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Log out from shared or public devices.
  • Keep your registered contact information current.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you notify us promptly of suspected compromise and cooperate with reasonable security checks.

We may require age, identity, contact, or account verification where lawful and appropriate. We may suspend, restrict, or close an account if information appears inaccurate, fraudulent, incomplete, unlawful, or connected to prohibited activity.

Acceptable Use

You must not use the service to:

  • Break any applicable law, regulation, court order, or government direction.
  • Promote, organize, or facilitate online money gaming, gambling, betting, or wagering.
  • Create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or obtain an unfair advantage.
  • Impersonate another person or submit false identity information.
  • Harass, threaten, abuse, defame, or intimidate another user.
  • Upload illegal, harmful, sexually exploitative, child-safety-threatening, discriminatory, or hateful material.
  • Interfere with the service, its code, security controls, servers, or networks.
  • Use bots, scripts, scraping tools, cheats, exploits, or automated systems without written permission.
  • Manipulate leaderboard results, match outcomes, scoring, game mechanics, or community voting.
  • Upload malware, phishing links, or harmful code.
  • Collect another user’s information without permission.
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Circumvent age gates, account restrictions, cooling-off controls, or self-exclusion controls.

Intermediaries are required to make reasonable efforts to prevent users from publishing or sharing unlawful content, including content that harms children, encourages gambling or violates applicable law.

Fair Play and Game Integrity

Users must play fairly and follow the relevant game rules. We may investigate suspected cheating, collusion, manipulation, unauthorized automation, account-sharing, match-fixing, exploitation of technical errors, or other conduct that affects game integrity.

If we reasonably believe that an account or activity compromises fair play, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Issue a warning.
  • Remove content or scores.
  • Void a leaderboard entry or competition result.
  • Restrict feature access.
  • Suspend or terminate an account.
  • Report conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

A decision may be reviewed through the grievance process described below.

User Content and Community Conduct

You retain ownership of user content that you lawfully submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that user content solely to operate, improve, secure, and promote the service.

You confirm that:

  • You own or have permission to submit the user content.
  • Your user content does not violate law or another person’s rights.
  • Your user content does not contain prohibited gambling or betting promotion.
  • Your user content does not contain malware, phishing material, or harmful links.

We may remove or restrict user content that violates these terms, applicable law, or platform safety requirements.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its name, branding, logos, design, software, game content, text, graphics, audio, video, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Reddy Anna and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access the Service for lawful personal use. You may not copy, modify, sell, distribute, reverse engineer, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without written permission.

Third-Party Links and Services

The service may contain links to third-party websites, apps, services, or content. Those third parties are responsible for their own terms, privacy practices, security, and legality.

We do not control or endorse third-party services merely because they are linked to the service. You access them at your own risk. Do not enter credentials, payment information, or personal data on a third-party site unless you have independently verified its legitimacy.

Privacy and Data Protection

By using the Service, you understand that we may process limited account, device, security, support, and usage information to operate the Service, prevent fraud, protect users, resolve complaints, and comply with legal obligations.

Do not send passwords, OTPs, or financial PINs to customer support. Legitimate support staff should never ask you for those credentials.

Responsible Gaming and Wellbeing

Gaming should be recreational and must never be treated as a way to earn income, repay debt, or solve financial problems.

If gaming begins to affect your finances, work, relationships, health, or well-being, stop using the service and seek support. Warning signs include chasing losses, borrowing money, hiding activity, playing longer than intended, feeling guilt, or experiencing stress and anxiety related to gaming.

  • Self-exclusion

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe that you:

  • Compromised platform security or game integrity.
  • Caused harm to other users or the service.
  • Are required to be restricted by law, court order, or government direction.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to explain before taking action. Immediate restriction may be necessary where there is a safety, fraud, legal, security, or child-protection concern.

You may request account closure through Customer Support, subject to legal record-retention requirements.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuously available access.
  • We do not guarantee that any game, event, feature, or content will always be available.
  • We do not guarantee a particular result, ranking, score, prize, benefit, or outcome.
  • We do not provide financial, legal, medical, psychological, or gambling advice.
  • We do not guarantee that third-party information or websites are accurate, safe, or lawful.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reddy Anna and its directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of data, goodwill, opportunity, revenue, or profit arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Service.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, safety practices, technology, or operations. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the website, account notification, or registered contact details where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms, unless applicable law requires a different process.
